For most Sydney-based orders, delivery takes 1–2 business days. For other Australian regions, it may take 2–5 business days depending on courier availability and order size.
Urgent deliveries can be prioritized upon request.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible due to health and safety regulations surrounding medical-grade PPE. If there’s a special case, our support team will review it individually.
